If you fill in the contact form we receive the name, email address, phone number, project type and message you enter. Email address and message are required, the rest is optional.

We also receive standard technical information that any web server logs, such as your browser type, the pages you visited and an approximate location derived from your IP address.

We use what you send to answer your question and, if it becomes a project, to carry out the work. We use the technical information to understand which pages people find useful and to keep the site running.

We do not sell your information, and we do not send marketing email to people who contacted us about a project.

This site uses cookies to analyze traffic. When you accept, your activity is aggregated with all other visitor data rather than reviewed individually. Your choice is stored in your browser so we do not ask again.

If you decline, analytics cookies are not set. You can clear cookies at any time in your browser settings, which will also clear the record of your choice.

The contact form is handled by a third party form service, which receives your submission and forwards it to us by email. That provider processes the data on our behalf and under its own privacy terms.

Project correspondence is retained as part of our professional records, which licensed engineers are expected to keep. Inquiries that do not become projects are deleted when they are no longer useful to either of us.
